Project Coordinator recruitment
Co-ordinate regional projects associated within AP. The role is intended to ensure a high quality level of service and due diligence aimed at all document requirements and ensure time-scales are met within a timely manner. The role is to ensure a high quality level of service to all clients in an extremely diverse business environment within a fast-moving highly competitive market in order that IT can deliver, through ISD and partners, sound infrastructure services, products and solutions quickly and seamlessly to service the demands of the business.
Functional Objective:
Liaise with all business units on all IT documentation issues. Review and consolidate all documentation before submitting to the relevant parties. Ensure issues are persuasive and contains only relevant facts and information presented in a balanced manner. Work closely with US the teams to discuss the documents before submitted them to various relevant team. Track actions through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple
Departments, systems and/or workflows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously
Practices and change management techniques to ensure all projects adhere to high quality standards, meet customer
Expectations are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of
The following: tracks and reports project and budget status; ensures completion of assigned actions; identifies
Project/production issues and works with project team to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays;
Compiles and maintains project documentation and issues log; coordinates implementation activities within or across
Department(s); works with client groups to identify training needs and arranges and/or delivers training; works with
Project teams to document processes and procedures; monitors and/or enhances websites to host project
Documents, reports, and related information; serves as primary point of contact for project information and updates.
Create meeting agendas and meeting minutes for project meetings.
Update websites to host project documents, reports, and related information;
Participate in having business requirement into technical specification and review project documents.
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects
Follow Enterprise Project Methodology.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology
• Knowledge of structured cabling and critical facility infrastructure.
• Excellent Organizational and Communication skills in English
• Skillful in using Microsoft Visio, PROJECT, Excel, and PowerPoint. CAD is an advantage.
• Can adapt to flexible working hours. Willing to travel and work on pressure.
• Sharp analytical mindset and key eye for details.
• Min 3 yrs experience – new site builds, office relocation, data center build.
• Familiarity with both project management principles and IT operations is an advantage
