Project Cost Estimation Quantity Survey Manager
l Familiar with power plant EPC cost structure, RICS quantity survey qualified perfered.
l You should be leader of those site-based project accountants and in charge of project cash flow, project cost controller as well as annual project financial plan for all executive power plant project.
l You should have Minimum 5 years of work and at least 2 years in the related position in multinational company, and with 3 international contract negotiation or above.
l Also be good at project accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, investment analysis and project finance auditing.
l Demonstrate leadership and motivation, excellent power plant cost estimation software skill.
l Good command of both Chinese and English is essential, good document writing.
l Experience in Thermal Power Plant Design Institute preferred.
