Job Description: Demand Flow Center of Excellence (DF COE) - Project Developer for the Central Region Responsibilities: Responsible for the successful Demand Flow (DF) project development and DF project commissioning delivery, oversight and support to the branch offices. Candidates must have extensive chiller plant expertise, a working knowledge of building automation systems, a basic understanding of BAS programming and measurement and verification expertise related to energy conservation projects. The candidates will have the responsibility of developing, reviewing and approving energy savings calculations as part of DF chiller plant optimization projects for both guaranteed and non-guaranteed solutions. Candidates must be able to lead an implementation team in the field to properly commission a DF project. Candidates must be able to provide measurement and verification support to the field. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrate strong customer interpersonal skills. Candidates need to have the ability to manage several active projects while traveling within their US region. Candidates must demonstrate the desire and willingness to learn as part of on the job training directly with our COE Lead Engineer. The candidates would be expected to assist the national DF team in the further development, improvement and refinement of the DF offering to the field. BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas. Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. . Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 50%
