Project Director – Credit Risk recruitment

Job Description

• 10 - 15+ years of experience in managing IT projects in the finance industry especially within Credit Risk

• The Project Director will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest calibre.

• Should have project experience in handling large projects which involve managing resources onshore and offshore.

• At least should have min 5 years of strong experience on Project/Program Management with Corporate banking.

• Having exposure of working within Credit, Risk, loan origination, balance sheet, PL etc.

• Have the knowledge and business engagement skills to properly define a large SLA and possess the leadership to ensure delivery to a number of business functions.

• Properly manage changes to applications in his / her area either from a project or change request

Be able to properly articulate IT service delivery issues to non-technical end users, at a senior level
Possess strong project and change management.

• Experience as a programme manager with great experience in managing challenging stakeholders

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
