PROJECT DIRECTOR recruitment
This organisation has an excellent global reputation in providing top tier business solutions to its clients. Due to the consistent success in their business, they are looking to expand their team in Hong Kong starting by looking for a project director.
As a project director you will manage project teams as well as overseeing the projects within the financial services group for Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region. You will be overlooking the whole project management lifecycle from establishing objectives with clients to checking the quality, time frames and budgets of projects to make sure that they are aligned with the business strategy. You will be working closely with senior management and business function managers.
In order to be successful for this position you must have a university degree in computer sciences/information technology or related disciplines. You must have a minimum of 8 years project management experience with an additional 2 years of senior project management experience. You must have solid financial services experience preferably within insurance and on systems development. You must have had client facing and account management experience for clients within the financial services domain. Having a project management qualification is an advantage. You must be an excellent communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, if you do not speak fluent English, Cantonese or Mandarin you will not be considered.
