As part of our continued and impressive growth, we are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer who will be based at our Head Office in Birmingham.
The remit of the position will be the management of site rewind and maintenance projects for prompt completion within budget for a diverse customer base, managing long term service agreements with many of them.
Duties will include but not be restricted to:-
- Assessment of contract requirements and Terms and Conditions
- Technical support within the tendering process
- Quality and process control
- Act as the key technical and project interface with customers
- Full cradle to grave management of projects
- Provision of documentation support packages
- Control of additional work and amendments (technical, drawings)
- Full financial responsibility for delivery within budget
Candidates will need to fulfil the following requirements or experience:-
- Degree Qualification (or equivalent) preferably in Engineering
- Proven Project Management experience
- MS Project skills
- Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering
- VISIO or similar package
