Project Engineer Job in Augusta, Georgia US
An international manufacturing company near Augusta, GA is looking for a Project Engineer to lead plant expansion projects, capital equipment installations and equipment upgrade projects. Mechanical and electrical project engineering knowledge is needed. A BS degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required, along with at least 5 years of capital project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. A Mechanical Engineering degree is strongly preferred, although an Electrical Engineer with strong mechanical engineering skills will be considered. In addition to capital projects, the Project Engineer will participate and lead continuous improvement and process engineering projects. Travel is expected to be Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This company offers excellent benefits including relocation assistance.
