Project Engineer Job in D 50309, Iowa Us
Manpower has partnered with our client in their search for an Applications Engineer. This position will have product and project responsibility from concept to completion and will be a key player on the engineering team.
Primary responsibilities:
*Support the design, test and release of new products
*Utilize 3D modeling software (Pro E, SolidWorks)to create a new design or alter an existing product
*Ability to read and generate electrical and hydraulic schematics
*Organize and document the product structure of new units and all related sub-assemblies
*Accurately determine the Product Scope and Customer Requirements by working with Sales Marketing
* Develop cost estimates utilizing BOM
*Manage customer Issues, and project schedules
*Visits to customers or potential customers to discuss products
Requirements:
* B.S. Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree
*3-5 years relevant work experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in a design or product support role
