Job Description
New Holland, a world leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of a broad range of construction and agricultural equipment, has an opening for a Project Engineer. The selected candidate will serve as Electrical Electronics (EE) System Integration Engineer assigned as the Project Responsible managing all electronic features and requirements of the mid-range rotary combine products.
- Act as primary interface to the combine design team in order to ensure proper integration
- Will manage timing and budget related to EE Solutions
- Ensure quality issue resolution under EE QR guidance
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the combine new product development teams
- This position has a strong focus on program delivery (timing budget) and project planning for design projects that are oriented towards mid-volume but high-value-add vehicles
- Manage project requirements versus component standardization
Requirements
- BS degree in electric/electronic or comparable electro-mechanical engineering
- 5 or more years of electronic/electrical systems experience
- Experience with design responsibilities in electrical/electronic features, automation and design
- Must have strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
- Ideal candidates will have requirements and specification writing experience.
- Strong MS Office skills including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Previous experience with agricultural equipment highly preferred
