We are currently conducting a search for a Project Engineer for our business in the Washington, DC area.


Education

Requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline.


Experience

We require 5 years of project experience with applications for the life sciences industry: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical devices.


Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include all aspects of project execution including project specifications, managing project resources, project budgets and forecasting, schedule management, engineering, integration, installation, start-up and project closure.  Projects require interface with our client representatives Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies.

 

Requires excellent engineering and project skills including machinery applications, computer skills, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must be proficient with project documentation.


Travel Requirements

25 to 60% travel will be required on a sporadic basis to support installation and start-up activities, attend Client meetings and other meetings.  The vast majority of this travel will be regional.
