Project Engineer
Description: The Project Engineer will assist in projects that are developing in US.
MUST be willing to live at worksite for duration of project (per diems provided) 9 months.
Location: Meyersdale, PA (Twin Ridges Wind Farm) OR Monroe Township, PA (Mehoopany Wind Farm)
Employment type: Temporary
Responsibilities:
· Client satisfaction, budget control, profitability, contract compliance, problem resolution, involved in managing the design and installation of the electrical system.
· Ability to procure, manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
· Full technical and management authority for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating the electrical installation.
· Responsible for the technical quality, accuracy, and standards adherence of engineering and design drafting for the project, by working with the engineering and technical groups ensuring work outputs comply with standards and meets contract requirements.
· Responsible to ensure SAFETY requirements must be met.
· Ensures Quality and Environmental procedures are maintained.
· Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors.
· Follow any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Entry level position requiring only educational requirements
2. Current and valid driver's license
3. Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, Project, Visio and Excel; Primavera 6 knowledge preferred as well
Education: BS Engineering degree in construction related areas such as Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR BS Construction Science/Construction Management degree
