Work Experience and Skills:
The Project Engineer will act as the QRC Productions Manager. The QRC Production Manager shall:
* Have several years of experience leading complex, time-sensitive projects, including ensuring deliverables are tracked and monitored, QA requirements are met, and are delivered to the customer on time;
* Have several years of experience leading and overseeing the work of engineers and technical support personnel;
* Have experience in developing and executing short term/compressed project plans and project schedules;
* Have experience in discovering technical problems and developing viable solutions;
* Have experience leading and managing subcontractors and vendors;
* Have experience interfacing directly with government customers and subcontractors;
* Have hands-on knowledge and experience in Project Management best practices;
* Have knowledge and experience with micro-electronics component design, development and implementation;
* Have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

This Project Engineer will act as the Lead QRC Production Manager. The QRC Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are tracked and monitored, meet QA requirements, and are delivered to the customer on time. The QRC Production Manager will be responsible for organizing, scheduling and tracking production requirements, products and deliverables. The production manager will be responsible for working across LM, customer and subcontractor organizations to ensure successful and on-time delivery. The QRC Production manager will prioritize all assigned tasks, effectively communicate risks to stakeholders, and manage risks and dependencies.
