Project Finance Advisory – Oil & Gas recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity to join this exceptional International Bank within their Project Finance Advisory - Oil Gas team based in London - City. You will be responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of advisory mandates within the Project Finance - Oil Gas arena.
Responsibilities include:
• Origination of advisory transactionsin the EMEA region with specific focus in the Oil and Gas sector.
•Contribute to the team business strategy.
• Structuring and Execution of PF Advisory transactions.
• Supervision and mentoring ofsubordinates (e.g. financial modellers working on specific transactions)
• Liaison with other internal departments and working closely with overseas project finance teams.
• Working closely with Advisory Team Head.
We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in Project Finance, Oil Gas and, ideally, specific advisory experience in that sphere. At this stage our client will look at candidates with relevant experience at senior associate, VP, AD and junior Director level.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong track record in Project Finance Advisory, specifically from an Oil Gas background.
• Prior experience of origination, structuring and execution of PF Oil Gas transactions.
• Specific advisory experience.
• A strong team ethic.
• A strong analytical background and understanding of financial modelling.
