Project Finance Credit Analysis recruitment
Main Objectives
Risk management / portfolio oversight of new and existing project finance transactions originated by the Energy and Infrastructure teams of Structured Finance, Europe
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Independent risk monitoring of project financings with sometimes complex legal structures, industrial technical process, financial modelling and regulatory issues.
Active risk challenge role in dialogue with Structured Finance Origination in development of new deals, incl. participation in client and bank meetings, constructive input into appropriate structures, security, covenants.
Formulation of risk management recommendation or decision on credit applications submitted by Origination and Portfolio Management including ensuring observation of the Bank's credit policies, reviewing results of risk rating and pricing tools and assuring adequate sensitivity analyses.
Ensuring annual credit reviews are completed in a timely manner and any deteriorating credits identified and entered on Watch List and/or transfer to Work-Out initiated promptly.
Skills Experience Required.
Degree Educated
Language skills beneficial, particularly French, German and Spanish.
Previous credit analysis experience within Project / Structured Finance, ideally having managed a portfolio of existing deals in additon to structuring or executing new Project Finance deals.
Cash flow modelling skills will also be tested during the interview process.
Renewable Energy experience is an added advantage.
