Project Finance Manager

Our client, is an innovative forward thinking organisation in the Not For Profit sector. They have recently created a new role within their organisation, to work within a commercially orientated team to lead financial and social projects across the organisation and within the wider not for profit community.

The role will involve looking at the financial implications of high profile and key projects across the organisation.  You will be leading a small team of analysts, developing financial business models and commercial frameworks, to enable the projects to be carried out, implemented and monitored for success.

The job has a high level of interaction within the sector, liaising and negotiating  with senior executives and other business partners within both local and central government bodies, charities, housing associations and other public bodies.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with your commercial and financial acumen, gained ideally within a joint venture or PFI set up, transactional services, project or corporate finance or other similar types of environment.

This is a superb opportunity to develop a new role in a rapidly changing sector, drive through change and be involved in developing and implementing new ways of working.
