Responsibilities:
- Manage deals from origination through to financial close.
- Undertake thorough financial analysis and complete risk assessment.
- Perform thorough due diligence of transactions, including constructing financial models and reviewing the legal documentation.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities and promote the full range of financial products and services offered by the bank.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution in the GCC.
- Well-developed knowledge of financial analysis and loan documentation.
- Knowledge of Arabic and French languages is an additional advantage.
- Fluent in English language with high standard writing capabilities.
- Excellent Modeling and computer essential skills.
