Project Finance Telecoms, Structured Finance recruitment
Reporting to the team head of the transportation team the candidate will be responsible for supporting senior team members in marketing for mandates, Negotiating and closing transportation project finance transactions in EMEA region.
The candidate will work with other team members on transport project finance and acquisition transactions, modelling, negotiating documents, preparing credit applications and managing them through credit.
Supporting the team head with internal processes and systems .
An experienced project financier with experience of marketing, structuring and execution of projects particularly in the transport and infrastructure sectors.
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of structuring projects in a variety of sectors and jurisdictions and have had experience of leading the negotiations and closing of new projects. They will have experience of working in bid teams and using resources successfully in project delivery.
Experience should by preference include infrastructure acquisitions and asset financing.
They should have a good network of relationships with key clients in the sector including contractors, equipment manufacturers, private equity and advisors.
