Project Finance Vice Presidant recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity for en experienced individual to join a global leader within the Project Finance space. This leading financial organization has grown from strength to strength in this space and is on the path to dominate win market share within all sectors including energy, Infrastructure and also mining and resources. They are looking for a dynamic person to come in at AVP or VP level and lead from the front in the project finance team.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Negotiation with clients
Assisting the Director in terms, credit agreements and security documents
Preparation and submission of Credit Proposals and analysis
Manage the processing of the credit
Documentation and due diligence support
To assist in reviewing of documentation
Review due diligence reports
Key accountabilities for this position
At least 5 years in a similar position in either Domestic or international banks.
Solid exposure in the infrastructure, mining, power and utilities.
having examples of projects that have been worked on in the past.
It is essential that you have relevant tertiary qualifications
