This is an opportunity to join a prestigious Financial Services provider as it delivers a number of high profile strategic business change projects.
Due to the scale of the business transformations taking place a need has arisen to design and implement a PMO to drive and manage these changes.
In order to make this happen an experienced Project Manager with a solid understanding of Prince 2 / PMBOK methodologies is required to provide key advice and input into the design and implementation of the initiative and step up into a PMO Manager role.
Due to the transferable nature of the expertise required previous experience within a financial services setting is not essential though may be advantageous.
Key criteria and experience required:
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Prince 2 / PMBOK Certification or closely associated Project qualification
- Strong project planning, forecasting and reporting expertise
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery experience
- Previous PMO leadership experience advantageous
