ConocoPhillips? repositioning is subject to market conditions, customary regulatory approvals, the receipt of an affirmative ruling from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, the execution of separation and intercompany agreements and final board approval. This position will reside within the Lower 48 organization of the future ConocoPhillips, the upstream company. Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Project Lead may include: Onsite supervising and coordinating of high pressure well recompletions, remedial, facility construction, pipeline construction, location road construction, compressor installation and pipeline repair in an assigned geographical area Being a safety leader Directing all assigned Well Operations, Construction and Maintenance activities to ensure that work is performed in compliance with ConocoPhillips safety policies/procedures as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements Coordinating with Engineering and Operations to achieve established objectives and to minimize interruptions to operations Reviewing invoices and verifying billing, expenditures and cost-control on assigned projects Training and/or auditing contract personnel on policies and procedures Enter daily reporting of activities in Wellview accurate and timely Monitor and track daily cost and notify supervisor in the event of over spending more than 10%
