The role is Leading the Project in Risk Management, facilitating lean six sigma and managing the senior stakeholders. This role reports into a Senior Manager and you must have the following:
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt accredited
- Minimum 5 years experience in change management and project delivery using six sigma methodology
- Minimum 3 years experience in coaching and workshop facilitation
- Background in Banking/FS/Risk Management would be an advantage
- Strong Project Management skills
