Project Lead – NRMC Education and Training

In this role you will be responsible for:

Responsible for managing NRMC training initiatives and curriculum development
Tasks include project management; training needs analysis, program design, implementation and evaluation
Ensure application of policies procedures
Monitor customer performance and make recommendations, where appropriate, to maintain acceptable levels of performance, reliability, user satisfaction and integration with other enterprise initiatives
Maintain project training budget and expenditures to insure project compliance
Monitor and track end-user performance and compliance

Master's degree or equivalent education experience with an emphasis in Adult Education, Staff Development, Information Systems or related healthcare field
Minimum 5 years experience in Staff Development in a related healthcare field and knowledge of adult learning principles
Knowledge of Cerner, Lawson and clinical based policies and procedures desired
Strong verbal and written communications skills required
Excellent PC literacy skills required

Physical Demands:

Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting, sedentary. Standing frequently. Lifting occasionally (less than 25 lbs). Occasional light carrying. Pushing/Pulling, occasionally. Frequent walking. Constant agility. Constant dexterity (handle, finger, reach).
Visual Requirements: Near vision, depth perception and color vision. Extensive exposure to Video Display Terminal.
Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear normal conversation and telephone communication. Hear low voice volumes and whispers, occasionally. Loud Noises: none
Working Conditions: Office Setting. Occasional exposure (e.g. radiation, outdoor climates, vibrations).
Equipment: (printer, photocopies, PC) constantly. Loud Noises: none
