The Retail Channel business unit boasts a rock-solid track record of delivering reduced energy consumption on behalf of our utility clients. This business has grown rapidly the last few years and has an extensive network of trusted trade allies, retail partners, manufacturers, and measurement and verification partners. This team leverages those relationships to deliver the energy savings or peak power solutions our clients most desire. Our team has an immediate need for a Project Lead, Retail Channel based out of our Portland, Ore. office.
Role Description
· Responsible for building and maintaining matrices used to guide incentive programs
· Will provide field team support for promotions
· Will draft and execute Partnership Agreements with manufacturers
· Conduct Point-of-Sale Data Entry
· Process vendor invoices for Program Manager approval
· Generate invoice summary reports for clients as needed
· Audit and approve client invoicing
· Program partner communication
· Problem resolution
· Maintaining stakeholder relationships
· Conduct data analysis
· Oversee advanced QA/QC procedures
· Daily communication with clients, contractors and 3rd party vendors
· Will provide support for monthly and annual reports
· Field reporting
· Other extensive reporting as necessary
· Will help identify, define, and facilitate process improvements
Role Competencies
· Bachelor's Degree in related field. Post graduate degree preferred. Will accept a combination of education and experience totaling 4 years minimum.
· Must be working toward relevant industry certification
· 4 - 6 years customer service experience with a focus on program/project management support
· 2 – 3 years database processing and reporting experience
· 2 – 3 years experience with program management systems and tools
· MS Office/mastery level
· Customer service phone skills
· Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM
· Problem-solving abilities
· Critical thinking skills
· QA/QC experience
· Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
· Analytical interpretation
· Advanced technical knowledge
· Financial and performance review and reporting skills
· Intermediate - mastery presentation skills
· Advanced client integration
· Basic budget experience
