Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your mission will be:
- To increase the ARPRO production efficiency and quality.
- To improve existing processes.
- To develop new processes.
- To reduce the impact of the process on the environment. (CO2, energy water reduction).
- To be involved in the company growth by successfully leading projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and flexibility.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Ability to work on European projects.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge in statistics, computer skills, control and regulation.
- Experience in chemical engineering, specialized in Energy.
- Experience in a processing production environment.
- Experience in projects management.
- Fluent in English German.
- Frequent travel throughout Europe.
