Title: Project Management ICD-10 Location: null CIBER, Inc. has an immediate need for a Project Manager with ICD 10 experience. Description CIBER is currently seeking a Project Manager to assist our Healthcare client in supporting the conversion of its internal products and applications to handle new ICD-10 formats. The project Manager will align project tasks for the technology team. Duties include: * Assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project. * View the entire engagement status in light of goals and re-prioritize activities and re-focus the team to the highest priority level. * Lead estimation workshops to determine level of effort required by team members. * Forecast resources usage on a weekly basis to help ensure accurate availability. * Utilize project management tools to effectively plan, manage, analyze, and execute tasks. * Coordinate communication regarding project scope and direction between applications, infrastructure, and the management team. * Focus on continuous improvement of project management processes and monitor process compliance. * Lead status meetings and provide status reporting. * Utilize knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to different circumstances. Qualifications: * Must have Experience in Healthcare with specific knowledge of ICD-10 * Specific focus on ability to coordinate technical resources efforts for team to implement many concurrent actives and changes. * Must have proven ability to manage a large number of small simultaneous technical tasks. * Experienced background in Full Lifecycle Development of software including requirement gathering, design, data modeling,business technical specfications, coding, testing and implementation phases. * PMP desired * Strong leadership skills, operational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
