Title: Project Management Location: null SDM is a pivotal role in a "matrixed" delivery model and requires the desire to work in, and track record of success in, dynamic technology and business environments. SDMs act as internal advocates for client requirements and provide the "face" of CIBER while closely working with CIBER technology leaders who are accountable to SDM for delivery. Individual will be joining an expanding team of SDMs reporting to the Director of Service Delivery and will interface with major client's senior technical management. CIBER, Inc. SDM specific responsibilities and roles will vary based on client(s) culture and contract scope, however all SDMs will have complete life cycle ownership for client delivery. End to end ownership and accountability. SDMs key internal relationships are with CIBER Technical Practice Leads (PLs). Clients expect the SDM to be their advocate; PLs are accountable to the SDM for delivery of defined services. Some clients generate many small to midsized incremental projects which the SDM will define and manage, others have a great deal of contract driven activity (OS or ERP patches, custom code change management, etc.). In either case the SDM provides the "glue" which assures successful execution, communication, and risk management. Service Delivery Managers are an extension of CIBER management, how CIBER is perceived is heavily impacted by how well the SDM is received
