MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Corpus Christi Army Depot is a major federal industrial complex which performs repair and manufacture for rotary wing aircraft. This complex is located on a Navy installation in Corpus Christi, TX. As the Project Management Officer for major construction or equipment installation, you will serve as the head of a group of senior project managers for a large scale multi-million dollar facility construction and/or capital investment projects. You will create and manage plans of action with milestones and monitor contract payments. You will be directly accountable to senior Army management with complete presentations and briefings. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for direct supervision of project managers and other support personnel. Job requirements include successful experience in the full range of principles, concepts, and methodology associated with project management sufficient to plan and oversee completion of projects, experience in contract practices and qualitative evaluation techniques sufficient to measure and evaluate contract cost performance, and experience in planning, design and construction of maintenance, industrial and/or production facilities and acquisition/installation of major production equipment. Related professional education will be a major factor in selection. Pay is $96-$125K depending on experience and qualifications. As a federal employee, you will be eligible for excellent benefits.
