Project Manage a new Building Access Systems for Macquarie's New Office

Initial 6 Month Contract - Sydney CBD Based
About the role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join a significant program of work related to our new office move from No 1 Martin Place. In this position you will be responsible for delivering a number of systems in relation to Building Access Management, Visitor Management as well as a IP Based CCTV Solution. These systems will be absolutely critical to the success of our move and will be required to work within a hard deadline.
Key responsibilities:
End to End Delivery of a number of building management systems
Management of external contractors and suppliers
Maintain all project plans, ensure you meet Project Milestones etc
Highlight Risks and Issues to the Program Manager
About you:
To be successful in the role as Project Manager you will Degree Qualified in Engineering/Computer Science or similar and have proven experience in the delivery of projects within the building management space. You will have strong project delivery experience as well strong risk management and vendor management skills. In addition you will also have the following:
Proven leadership capability in large scale corporate environments
Experience with Prowatch or Geutebruck would be highly desirable
Project Management Certified
Strong stakeholder management and business engagement positions.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who has previously delivered new technology systems. This project is critical for Macquarie move to 50 Martin Place and will suit someone who is confident in working within tight deadlines.
