Project Management recruitment

Projects encompass local, regional and head office initiatives; relating to platform customer service enhancements, transverse topics within the country, regional projects rollout
Manage allocated sub-project(s) pertaining to the Project to achieve the goals set
Participant in the enhancement projects to the regional platform commencing from the Front Office to Middle Office / Risk / Compliance and Back Office (including Accounting and Regulatory Reporting)
Participant / Leading transverse initiatives involving the different Private Banking departments
Collation and systematic analysis of users’ requirements, validation process within the business line and external.
Ensure rollouts are effectively executed with minimal impact on the business / operational lines
Adhering to the targeted milestones and objectives of the project, monitoring the project progress reporting to Management of any deviations of the targets
Lead ad hoc initiatives to the platform pertaining to business / operational needs

Requirements

Background in Wealth Management back office operations of at least 6-8 years experience, preferably with treasury, securities operations, as well as the processing of structured derivatives products
Prior experience in participation of system architecture
Prior experience in system implementation in the Banking sector
Candidates with knowledge of front and back end of treasury / securities product systems are preferred
Possess good accounting, treasury and risk management knowledge
Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
Strong drive for continued improvement in control and risk mitigation
Able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines well
Enjoy analyzing and view solving problems as a big win
Possess good interpersonal and team work skills
Having a good command of verbal and written communication skill
