Project Management Support – Liquidity Task Force recruitment

Project Management Support is required to work within the Liquidity Task Force Team

The Liquidity Task Force was established by senior management, primarily to assist the Liquidity Risk Management function improve the accuracy and reliability of their daily liquidity reporting to the FSA. In addition, the task force is assisting in delivery of a remediation programme implemented by the FSA following a supervisory review of liquidity in 2011. The scope of the work being undertaken is broad, ranging from strengthening the governance framework around liquidity risk management, to establishing a more robust end-to-end control framework, to addressing data sourcing and reliability issues with the Liquidity Risk System (LRS) used for internal and external (regulatory) liquidity reporting.
The programme team is leading delivery across a very broad range of stakeholders in the UK and the US. The role is to assist this team in coordinating the administrative aspects of the project, liaising with stakeholders for weekly status updates, and assisting in preparing communication materials for use in the regular schedule of stakeholder meetings.

Core Activities:
Supports projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, and negotiation. Provides analytical support for change initiatives. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Provides numeric and graphic design support (e.g. presentation materials). Recommends improvements in project deliverables.

Maintenance of project management materials, including the project/programme plan, actions tracker and status reports
Tracking of open risks and issues
Coordination of meeting materials and minutes
