This is an opportunity for you to really utilise your training abilities as our client has an opening for a training specialist project manager who will be responsible for the successful end-to-end training project management of specific training projects within the company.

Our client is a multinational IT brand whose name is synonymous with the constant innovation of consumer software around the globe. They have been operating in Ireland since 1985 and employ more than 3000 people in their Dublin operation.

 

THE JOB

 

The job is a 14 week contract with a possible extension and is offering €40,000-€45,000 per annum pro rata.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for the successful end-to-end training project management of specific training projects supporting the commercial division. This includes the planning and scheduling of training activities, the development of blended learning / instructional design for deployment in classroom or online sessions, delivery of training courses, conducting evaluation closeout.

 

Some of the responsibilities will include

·        Inputting to Training Radar to plan short, medium long term training initiatives

·        Working with business owners Subject Matter Experts to define and agree comprehensive Training curricula, training needs analysis and training plans for global audiences

·        Driving end-to-end training projects and ensuring timely execution, as per the client company’s Training Methodology, through Planning, Preparation, Execution, Evaluation and Maintenance phases.

·        Project managing and executing the instructional design development of launch training content, and delivering it to appropriate audiences remotely globally

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The desired skills for this role include

·        A minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in training

·        A third level degree or equivalent third level qualification

·        A training Qualification

·        Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles

·        Extensive Working Experience in the Development of User-friendly training Material, including technical, and programs/process-related training materials

·        Extensive Training Delivery experience in Systems / Tools and Programs / Process-related Training

·        Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies
