Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head, Group Projects, who is also the CRD IV/Basel III Programme Director, in the delivery of the CRD IV programme

• Own the overall programme project plan and update it on a regular basis

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of the programme, including reviewing workstream project plans, risk and other issues

• Work closely with workstream leaders and senior management to manage and deliver the bank’s strategic implementation of CRD IV

• Implement new systems and changes to systems, processes and controls to enable the Group to meet CRD IV requirements covering capital and leverage ration, liquidity, risk, reporting, disclosures and remuneration

• Drive the consistency of approach workstreams take in assessing and implementing regulatory reforms

• Monitor forecasted and actual costs

• Prepare agendas and papers for the Programme Working Group and Programme Steering group meetings, write minutes and track and follow up on action logs

Experience, Qualifications Skills

• Proven extensive and diverse scope of responsibility and a track record of success gained as a Senior Project Manager working in highly complex, cross departmental and cross country financial environments

• The ability to quickly grasp technical details and work with technical experts

• A high level of numeracy and strong attention to detail

• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

• The confidence to communicate effectively at senior management level
