Senior Manager – Finance Platform Change - £125,000 p/a

My client is undertaking a period of change to meet ambitious global targets. A key part of the transformation is the replacement of legacy core banking platforms with a new single system. To support the programme changes are required to the Finance’s business, technology and organisational architectures.

These changes include:

New enterprise transformation layers and system interfaces, Enhanced management and local regulatory reporting systems, Enhanced risk management processes and systems, Roll-out of new general ledgers.
 

The Key Responsibilities will include;

Developing an appreciation of the current state process and technology architecture, and use this understanding to shape solution design and project approach. Ensuring that the processes and technology architectures meet Finance requirements. Collaborate with other teams (Finance and non-Finance) across the organisation to ensure that the system designs adhere to Finance and enterprise principles, as well as strategic Finance objectives. Create and deliver robust business requirements documents for Finance and Finance-related systems and processes. Create and deliver robust operating model and architecture designs for Finance systems, processes and organisations. Identify Finance resource needs and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages the process of innovative change effectively – in a large programme environment

To be successful in this demanding role, you will have:

Extensive experience of implementing Finance systems in a large financial services environment, An excellent understanding of core Finance ‘run the bank’ (RTB) processes across wholesale and investment banking and Business Architecture expertise (process, organisation, technology and data), including the development of Target Operating Models.
