Our client, an highly reputable property company in Central London with over 2bn asset under management are seeking a Project Manager to come on board within their fund management business on a contract basis to produce a Fund Management Procedures Manual across a number of key business areas to maximise the efficiency of fund management strategy for portfolio of prime UK funds, including retail, office and residential assets

Project Manager – Fund Management Procedures Manual – Real Estate; Our client is seeking a Project Manager to come on board on an initial contract basis to produce a Fund Management Procedures Manual for the UK fund management business across a portfolio of funds and across a number of key business areas. You will be required to produce a manual with the existing fund management team that will cover the following:

To apply for this position you must have experience within a fund / asset management organisation and have at least 10 years post-qualification experience. Good knowledge of Excel is required as well as good communication skills to communicate across all levels of the business. You must have good knowledge of the UK property investment market across multiple sectors and have good technical skills in order to see the project through to completion and produce an effective documented procedure that can be signed off by management. Good project management skills and in-depth property knowledge is essential.
