PROJECT MANAGER – Solvency 2 recruitment
Core Responsibilities:
- The project manager is responsible for planning, communicating and organising day-to-day project activity to ensure timely delivery.
- Understanding, planning, documenting, updating and communicating the required benefits, outcomes, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, activities, and deadlines within the project.
- Managing and organising the project day to day including activity management, budgetary management, meetings management and resourcing requirements.
- Determining the structure and activities of the projects and work packages within the work stream to ensure appropriate project and programme tool and disciplines are effectively implemented.
- Determining the RAG status of project deliverables.
- Determining, managing and spending budget.
- Identifying and actively managing project dependencies to ensure alignment.
- Identifying and planning project stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Identifying and actively managing project issues, risks and dependencies by keeping an up to date log and tracking actions and following up with owners.
- Escalating any unresolved issues to the Programme Manager.
Core Skills:
- Assertive.
Core Requirements:
- Proven Project Management Skills within a Solvency 2 programme.
- Ability to start quickly.
