Project Manager – Trading Technology Firm recruitment
My client is a globally recognised electronic trading technology provider with a strong focus on OTC financial instruments, specifically FX, Interest Rate Derivatives and futures. They are currently looking to fill a Project Manager position within their Frankfurt office – this position is not technically heavy and will act as Business Analyst/Project Manager within a dynamic team, interfacing between the business and IT to ensure a high level of service. The work carried out within this position will be very diversified and several projects will be tackled at the same time – 30-50 small integration projects going on at once, as well as larger projects concerning software and development strategies.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within a banking/trading environment, having had exposure to trading/treasury systems/financial markets and involvement in integration and development projects. Business knowledge is very important within this position as this hire will be constantly communicating with the business as well as the IT.
Excellent communication skills in English is essential, fluency with German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish or French is also desirable.
