Project Manager - Pharmaceutical
6 month contract with the potential for extension; Located in the GTA
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Manage Client expectations and the interface between the Client and the internal team
- Schedule and chair all client teleconferences, meetings and visits; including providing project updates to the internal team and to the client
- Plan, monitor and ensure completion of all activities outlined in the proposal for each project
- Prepare amendments for changes of scope in a timely manner
- Identifies high-risk deliverables and resource issues and plans actions with team with guidance from senior management
- Coordinates resolution of significant issues with guidance from management
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- Industry experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Well organized and detail oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the English language
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with MS office applications
