Job Title:
PROJECT MANAGER
Location:
Irvine, CA
Responsibilities:
· Project Planning, tracking and status reporting for all QA efforts
· Participation in test processes, methodology definition, enhancements, requirements review, metrics analysis
· Assistance in test strategy creation, Test execution as needed
· Collaboration with Client team for Clarification of business technical and functional queries
· Responsibility for timely and high quality deliverable and for all aspects of QA lifecycle of the project
· Assigning, scheduling and tracking of test preparation and test execution tasks to test analysts
· Designing the master test strategy for the project / program
· Proactively identify the risks and come up with mitigation plan
· Identifying opportunity and implementing testing best practices
· Define, Implement and track testing metrics in the project
· Effectively manage project issues, stakeholders and remote teams coordination
· Participate and recommend key project decisions
· Provide periodic status reports to project / program management office
· Handle client and team escalations
· Lead the teams, plan the trainings, responsible for appraisals of the teams

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience Required ( In Years):
A Minimum 8 years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skillsets is required for this role
