Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of cost, schedule and scope management of projects or subsystems of major programs. The successful candidate must be able to manage change, escalate issues, and take an active role in getting decisions made in a timely manner. Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the creation of project schedules.
- Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to execute the plan.
- Integrate various engineering, marketing, applications and support groups in the initiating, planning and execution (including mid-course corrections as necessary) of projects.
- Monitor and close projects to achieve project objectives.
- Use industry standard techniques and tools to measure progress against product and project objectives.
- Drive proactive corrective action where required.
- Manage scope change control activities, and communicate periodic project assessment to sponsors.
