Long-term Contract Position - Potential Permanent role
Based in the Hunter Valley this mine owner is currently expanding their operation and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their major projects team on a long-term contract basis.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for engaging and managing civil contractors across this site and potentially managing 2-3 projects at a time. You will be responsible for ensuring that all time, cost and quality targets are meet and report on progress to the management and operations teams.
You will have an excellent knowledge of safety management and have the ability to communicate safe work practices effectively to personnel at all levels of the project. You will have the ability to motivate and drive those around you to meet strict project deadlines.
You will have degree qualifications in civil engineering or have strong career experience in the delivery of civil earthworks projects. Ideally you will have RTA experience and previous experience managing the delivery of mine site projects is favourable.
