We have an immediate need for a Project Manager
Job Description:
The ideal contract project lead will work to ensure successful delivery, timely status reports, and implementation of technology applications and processes throughout the software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Partner with a variety of IT and business groups to analyze, develop, and document technical requirements
Develop and maintain project work plans, estimates, schedules, and budgets for multiple, concurrent projects and production support activities
Plan, facilitate and/or execute projects, including owning entire larger impact projects, as assigned
Interact with IT management on project status, priority setting, and resource allocations
Collaborate with vendors and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management/lead role on medium to large scale projects
Minimum 3 years’ experience of leadership experience in effective team management with strong supervisory skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience of progressive experience in Information Technology, preferably software development
Minimum 3 years’ experience of leading and defining business, informational and analytical requirements
Must have experience taking business requirements and writing functional specifications
Proven experience leading integration efforts between applications
Proven experience in project management, resource planning and time tracking software throughout the software development process
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
