Project manager
The role holder will be expected to provide leadership and strong management mid to large sized projects from concept to delivery, and will be required to maintain full control of budgets, deadlines and deliverables and to provide strong leadership.
To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience of managing end-to-end projects as senior PM/Change lead, and must be able to provide strong examples of delivered change projects including tangible benefits realised. Candidates must be able to work on own initiative and provide a creative approach to problem solving. Stakeholder management will be key to success and the ability to influence and gain buy-in from (mainly internal) stakeholders will be critical.
This role does not contain a business analysis requirement and only strong proven PM's will be considered. Financial services experience would be of benefit but is not a requirement.
