Project Manager
For this global systems vendor we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take on a key role within a fast growing organisation delivering a portfolio of projects across a wide client base and broad product range.
The projects will involve management of
- Client engagements to identify requirements and define scope of work
- Delivery teams to install and configure the client’s products
- Systems integration of the client’s products with customer environments
Projects will run from weeks to months in duration and will involve the project manager coordinating multiple projects in parallel across globally distributed teams and clients.
Projects will be across multiple product lines including
- Electronic Market connectivity
- Fixed Income Pricing, Risk, PL and Position Management
- FX
- Repo and Securities Lending
- Algo Trading
Experience and skills required for this role will include
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives
- Drive and motivation to succeed in a fast paced challenging environment with multiple parallel demands on your time
- Ability to efficiently coordinate several tasks/projects in parallel including management of complexity
- Senior client engagement at a project level
- Excellent communication skills in a global operating environment
- Thorough approach with an attention to detail
- Direct client Project Management experience ideally with external customers
- Good business knowledge of one or more Financial markets
- Experience of Software development
- Good relevant degree from a good university
- Exposure to full project lifecycle (analysis, development, integration, deployment, test and UAT)
