Project Manager

This Tier 2 builder has a history of building quality projects and long term relationships. Established 40 years ago with the aim of providing a high quality service to clients whilst respecting contractors and consultants along the way.

They concentrate on national clients with repeat business to give them constant work flow. Projects typically range in value from $1m to $15m ‚ though contracts valued in excess of $40m have been successfully undertaken and delivered. Work is acquired through competitive tendering, negotiation and referrals.

A flat management structure is in place and the owner is very hands on to ensure the company continue to build on the existing brand and culture. They believe in their people and give them the respect they deserve and support to grow their careers.

Due to sustained growth they are now looking to employ their next Project Manager. Someone that has a solid background in administration and has lead teams as a PM for some years. It is critical that the person can work independently and has confidence that they can deliver the results clients demand.

Minimum requirements for the position are a tertiary qualification in construction or a related field and minimum 3 + years in a Project management role with a commercial builder. A strong work history is a must backed up by reliable references.
