Business Leader supports Marketing in delivering their best work by advancing Global Strategic Digital partnerships through the development and management of partnership framework, information guides, partner and industry insights trends, digital education governance and creation of best-in-class resources and tools.
Responsibilities
- Global Strategic Digital Partnerships
o Stewardship and oversight of global digital partnerships
o Partner with global media agency and geography leads to finalize deal structure, investment levels and package negotiations
o Facilitate global communications plan, process and define success metrics with strategic partner and key stakeholders
o Provide on-going partner news and updates to global marketing organization
o Manage quarterly business reviews across global digital strategy, partners, key stakeholders and senior leadership team
o Develop and maintain digital partnership information guides
o On-going POVs and evaluation of prospective strategic partners and recommendations on strategic alignment and fit

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree; Requires a minimum of 10 years business experience, with majority in marketing roles across multiple marketing disciplines including advertising
- Proven track record of implementing digital partnerships based on business objectives and managing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results.
- Deep digital marketing experience preferred.
- Experience managing external advertising and marketing communications agency partners
- Strong aptitude to recognize symptoms to look at underlying, related causes of problems including analyzing information from a wide variety of sources and perspectives to arrive at a well-integrated understanding of the problems and optimal solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present with impact
- Demonstrated teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop quantitative models (e.g. business case and complex forecasting).
- Highly proficient in project management with ability to drive consensus in cross regional and cross functional teams.
Able to translate ideas into action and prioritize multiple projects/responsibilities
- Proficient on all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Advanced level PowerPoint required.
