Project Manager
Mythics is looking to hire a Project Manager with solid Oracle Identity Management experience. This person will work closely with developers, business analysts and the client to ensure successful implementation and support of Oracle's Identity Management suite of products.
Job Qualifications:
10+ years of experience of project management of large scale Public Sector/DOD projects
4+ years of experience managing implementations of Oracle Identity Management products including: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Oracle Enterprise Single Sign On (ESSO)
Strong technical understanding of Oracle Identity Management is major plus
Experience utilizing Earned Value Management techniques.
Proven track record of implementing projects with a structured methodology.
In-depth knowledge of business functions and expertise in business analysis techniques
Excellent business user facing skills as a Subject Matter Expert, written and verbal communication skills.
PMP Certification
Experience with ISO
Active Secret Clearances - bonus
Job Requirements:
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes risk exposure on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manages project budget. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
