Project Manager
I am looking for experienced Construction Project Managers with a solid background in the Retail sector for a nationally recognized General Contractor. These particular positions will be for their office located in Dallas, TX ASAP!
My client has been in business for many decades and continues to be a top ranking firm by ENR year after year. The individual that they will hire for these Project Managers positions MUST have a solid background and experience working on retail Big Box projects such as Wal-Mart, Target, JcPennys, Kohl's, Big Lots, Gordman's, etc. The right individuals must also be willing to travel when needed (typically 2-3 days every 3-4 weeks on average; home on weekends), be able to work under pressure and time constraints, have the ability to direct others in a professional and efficient manner, able to think outside of the box to resolve unscheduled problems or issues, and able to work professionally and relate to owners.
$70k - $80k+ base salary plus an outstanding benefits package, travel per diem when needed, retirement options and other incentives.
