Project Manager
A Fortune 500 energy company is currently seeking a Project Manager to manage major electrical / IC projects at Harris Nuclear Plant in New Hill, NC. This is a CONTRACT position scheduled to last 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Per diem will be available for qualified candidates. The rates shown below are estimates. Please indicate your desired rate during the application process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Project Plan implementation, Vendor Engineering Change package (EC) support, schedule implementation, budget, safety, human performance, and data requests while ensuring compliance with station and corporate standards
- Responsible for all phases of project initiation, planning, execution, and close-out to ensure project success factors are met, including but not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, testing, ALARA, environmental, safety, and communications
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the project cost within the budgeted funds
Requirements
- Prior digital upgrade experience at commercial nuclear plants is highly desirable
- Must be an experienced NUCLEAR PM with experience in the planning and execution of highly complex modifications
