Project Manager - Mobility

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with mobility/infrastructure experience. This candidate should know the mobility space from an infrastructure perspective (provisioning, security, VPN) and all the pieces that go into providing a smart phone device custom application.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication style to different audiences including executives
  • Ability to motivate and lead
  • Understands how to assign the right people to the right tasks
  • Able to read other people and respond appropriately
  • Experience with large $10M plus projects/20 member or more team size
  • Willingness to do what is required to succeed (passionate to succeed)
  • Track record of managing sponsor’s and stakeholders well (to ensure project success)
  • Track record of meeting project milestones and deadlines
  • Strong analytic skills/ability to logically piece together solutions to problems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, doesn’t require specific direction/details in order to move ahead
  • Quickly engenders trust and confidence
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree and PMP
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with agile development process/iterative development
  • Global implementations
