Job Description Location- Washington, DC The Contractor shall employ a management team to effectively administer the program, which includes but is not limited to the following functions: Human Resources, Personnel Security, Force Protection, Finance, Administration, Facilities, Logistics, Maintenance, Training, Mobilization, Reporting, Communication, Information Technology (IT) and Web Development. Contractor shall provide for its own facilities and resources, to include transportation to and from theater, non-tactical vehicles for its personnel throughout theater, satellite communications systems where battle space owners are unable to provide adequate connectivity, personal security services required for in-country transportation, training facilities, computer and communications equipment. The Contractor's management responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: a. Supervising all contractor personnel assigned to advise/assist USFOR-A HQs, regional command staffs, subordinate units, and other end-user entities; b. Coordinating with Contractor management and appropriate U.S. Government representatives on any and all issues related to contract employees or performance including, but not limited to: travel restrictions, essential equipment shortages, Government personnel complaints, security incidents, employees misconduct or unauthorized leave, and similar matters; c. Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations, Customized Information Services (CIS) tasking, tracking, and deliverables; d. Overseeing and coordinating administration and logistics of supervised Contractor personnel; e. Managing inventory of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE); f. Managing financial accounting to ensure proper accountability of expenditures; g. Managing and updating the security clearances for its personnel; h. Managing the movement of its personnel; overseeing and ensuring their safety while operating outside designated secure areas; i. Developing and administering effective classroom and on-the-job training of its personnel. Minimum Requirements: a. Bachelor's Degree in a related field b. 5 years of management experience NM0412
